Meetings held in 2011

Just a quick reminder of our forthcoming meeting on 12 May. This time we will be having a talk from Maureen Jackman of Guinness Care and Support, about a new Infoline service which gives information about the services provided by Guinness Care and Support.  This may be of interest to anyone who has a requirement for care or who knows someone who may do.  After the presentation you will have an opportunity to ask questions.

On June 14th we will not have a speaker, it will be a general discussion about the future of Tiverton Voice, in preparation for our AGM which will be in July.  An agenda for this will be published nearer the time.  Please put the date in your diaries now as this will set the agenda for the AGM, so we need as many people as possible to attend.

Wednesday 6th April  -  Alternative Vote Event, Tiverton High School,  7.30pm .  Colin Rallings of Plymouth University explained the AV system and a trial election was carried out to show the effects of the AV system compared to the first past the post system.

Thursday 14th April  -  2.30pm Old Heathcoat's School Community Centre - Community policing with PCSO Chris Phillips.

Thursday 12th May  -  2.30pm Old Heathcoat's School Community Centre - Margaret Jackman, Guinness Care and Support.
